- Before the tutorial starts, click on the Audio Setup wizard in the meeting room
- Use your USB headset only. Please don’t use speakers otherwise everything you say will echo through your microphone and you may not be heard
- Have a pen and paper ready before you start so you can take notes or write down calculations
- Make sure you have a calculator
- Try to make sure your computer is in a quiet environment so you’re not distracted or disturbed
- Speak clearly into your microphone and try not to position it too close to your mouth. Your tutor may ask you to speak louder or softer if you are too loud or too quiet
- Please mute your microphone when not answering a question or speaking
- Don’t be afraid or embarrassed to ask questions if you don’t understand something. Your tutor is really helpful, supportive and is there to help! No one expects you to know all the answers!
